Through the contact form on the website we collect: first and last name / company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of the message. We process this data solely to respond to a quote or sales inquiry and to carry out any further correspondence related to the inquiry.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in responding to the inquiry).
Data from the contact form is kept for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and the related correspondence, and no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless a longer period results from legal provisions (e.g. tax regulations, if a contract is concluded).
Data may be disclosed to entities providing hosting and postal services for us, solely to the extent necessary to perform those services. We do not disclose personal data to other entities for marketing purposes.
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to analyse visit statistics. It operates only after consent has been given in the cookie banner displayed on your first visit to the website. This tool stores cookies in your browser and sends statistical traffic data (linked to a cookie identifier, not directly identifying data) to Google LLC, based in the USA, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Every person whose data we process has the right to: access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
