Courier & Logistics Labels 100x150mm

Courier and logistics labels are a key element of an efficient supply chain. We offer thermal ECO and TOP labels that are reliable for parcel identification. The image and text are created on the label surface through heat from the printer head, ensuring speed and efficiency.

Courier Labels ECO (Uncoated)

Thermal ECO paper is the most economical and widely used label type, ideal for courier and logistics applications. Used primarily for short-lived information that doesn't require resistance to harsh environmental conditions — typical for shipping parcels.

  • Standard for logistics and courier labels (100x150mm)
  • Short information lifecycle: from generation to parcel delivery
  • No ribbon/carbon required for printing
  • Budget-friendly price, recommended for all dry warehouses

Note: prolonged UV sunlight exposure will darken the label, and scratches or abrasions will create grey marks.

Logistics Labels TOP (Double-coated)

Material equipped with an external and optional bottom barrier coating. It protects the print against both physical damage (smudging) and environmental contaminants (moisture, grease, mild solvents). Ideal for demanding logistics applications.

  • Suited for demanding environments in the food industry (cold storage)
  • Mechanically resistant — coating prevents darkening from rubbing
  • Extended aging resistance (several years in dark storage)
  • High-contrast print valued in modern retail chains for premium products

Excellent for deep-frozen products, meat products, or marking bulk cartons that will be palletized in outdoor cold conditions.

Differences Between ECO and TOP Coating

Courier labels are typically thermal ECO paper (most cost-effective for high volume with relatively short parcel lifecycle). For materials working in cold storage and deep-freeze conditions, TOP paper with its specialized barrier performs significantly better.

Built for Popular Courier Systems

Proper winding of 100x150mm labels enables smooth printing of waybills generated through e-commerce systems like InPost, DPD or DHL, with excellent barcode scannability for courier terminals. Depending on your warehouse equipment, we match the roll to your device's core size (25mm for desktop printers like Zebra, 40mm, or large 76mm for high-volume industrial operation).

Courier Label FAQ

No, thermal printing uses direct heat from the printer head to activate the thermal layer (direct thermal method). If you need a label with print that lasts for years, you'll need thermal transfer labels which require printing ribbons.

We wind labels on cardboard cores matched to your machine (standard desktop is usually 25mm or 40mm; for industrial high-volume it's 76mm). Compatible with printers from brands like Zebra GK420, ZD220, Bixolon SRP-E770 and all other commonly used models.

Courier Label Sizes — Standard Dimensions
