Synthetic Labels Without Compromise

When standard thermal paper is doomed to get soaked or torn during transport — PP and PE foil labels step in. They are 100% waterproof, won't tear by hand, and resist nearly everything from corrosive solvents to advanced industrial chemicals.

Rigid Polypropylene Labels (PP)

PP film features high rigidity and phenomenal surface "clarity" in transparent versions — perfectly pairing with CMYK printing and white underprint for the "no label look" effect seen on exclusive alcohol bottles.

  • Standard for rigid hard packaging (PET bottles and canisters)
  • Exceptional resistance to water, soap and sun (UV)
  • Untearable (you'd have to destroy the entire packaging)
  • Most commonly used for craft beers, shampoos, motor oils

Flexible Polyethylene Labels (PE)

Extremely flexible film that conforms to the target surface. Ideal wherever a rigid PP sticker would stretch mechanically from squeezing or pressing the product — perfect if your products have imperfect shapes and tend to collect moisture on a wet bathroom shelf.

  • Conforms to flexible surfaces (especially squeezable tubes, bags)
  • Safely follows sun-warped rough cardboard or metal surfaces
  • Indispensable for paints or lubricants — no peeling text

Technical Parameters: Polypropylene vs. Polyethylene

Property Rigid PP Film (Polypropylene) Soft PE Film (Polyethylene)
Packaging Pressure Tolerance Low. Squeezing may deform edges. Excellent. Flexes with squeezed tubes.
Extreme Temperature Range Range e.g.: 0°C to +80°C Unchanged performance even at extreme frost, e.g. -30°C
Premium Finishes Excellent UV matte/gloss varnish reception. Vivid, true colors. More challenging for cold stamping — simpler color bases recommended.

Adhesives Matched to the Substrate

Even the best PP or PE label is worthless if it falls off smooth plastic in a cold warehouse after two days. For synthetic labels we offer specialized adhesive selection — e.g., acrylic adhesives strongly bonded for years, standard HOT MELT (rubber-based) adhesives for extremely dusty conditions, or successfully applied through automatic stripping from jars.

Foil Label FAQ

PE (polyethylene) film is soft and stretchable, perfectly conforming to deformable packaging (cream tubes). PP (polypropylene) film is a strong rigid sheet with outstanding color presentation, recommended for hard containers like disinfectant bottles or elegant spirit bottles.

Yes, flexographic printing on synthetic substrate combined with aggressive adhesive and proper UV lacquer provides complete waterproofing that won't budge even after a year of heavy rain exposure on a construction site.

Absolutely! We call this "no-label-look" — a fully transparent film creates the visual illusion as if the printed color or company graphic was embedded directly into the bottle surface, with a full opaque white logo — highly valued in premium sales.

Printing Technologies

We offer UV flexographic printing, guaranteeing vivid colors and high abrasion resistance. We also produce "No Label Look" labels on transparent films for premium product presentation.

Foil Label Manufacturer — Industry Applications

As a foil label manufacturer, we serve companies across multiple industrial sectors. Polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) labels find application wherever the highest durability and resistance to harsh conditions are required:

  • Cosmetics industry — labels for shampoos, creams, balms and perfumes, resistant to bathroom moisture
  • Chemical industry — labels for cleaning products, solvents and industrial preparations
  • Food industry — labels for bottles, jars and packaging resistant to grease and moisture
  • Craft beer & beverages — "no label look" effect on transparent PP films
  • Oils & lubricants — PE labels resistant to contact with petroleum-based substances
